Well Inspection

A full evaluation of a private well system, wellhead, pump, pressure tank, controls and delivered flow, for the acreage and equestrian properties where the water supply is entirely your responsibility.

01

What we inspect

Wellhead construction, casing condition and sanitary seal. Pump type, age and operation. Pressure tank condition, pre-charge and cycling behavior. Pressure switch and control wiring. Delivered flow rate and pressure at the fixtures. Water treatment equipment where installed: softeners, filtration, iron removal and chlorination systems are common on South Florida wells.

02

Why flow and pressure get tested

A well that produces adequate water for a short draw can fail under real household demand. We evaluate recovery and sustained delivery rather than confirming that a tap runs. Short-cycling pumps, waterlogged pressure tanks and undersized systems all present as adequate for thirty seconds and inadequate for a family.

03

Water quality is a separate question

A mechanically sound well can deliver water that is not safe to drink. Iron, sulfur, hardness and bacterial contamination are all common on private wells in this region. Mechanical inspection and laboratory water testing answer two different questions, and a property on a private well deserves both.
